I have just found this in the Howe Dell school newsletter.

CAR PARKING MEETING – WEDNESDAY 13th JANUARY 2010
Mrs Massey will be holding an open meeting at the school to discuss parking issues. The meeting will be open to parents
and to any interested parties.

Theres no time indicated but im sure if anyone is interested then calling the school will no doubt get you a time to attend, will Grant be attending as hes had most contact with the clamping company in recent months??
