That's a residential address and I believe that it is one person that runs it.

more than likely or could be several people involved including some out of the country, there is another company that set themselves up that is run just with a mobile number to contact & when you phone it, it is always a voice mail asking for details to be left! if they realise it is a complaint regarding one of their properties they don't phone you back or cut you off when they realise what it is about

I don't know how many properties he has, but there can't be THAT much work to do on a day to day basis.

Any half decent landlord would soon realise that letting to students is not a good idea (the damage they do) but I suppose that converting a house to multiple occupancy, then charging everyone 2-3 months deposit, means they can trash the whole place and you still make a packet. Who cares what damage is done, especially if you have loads of properties and a guy to go around and repaint.

I suspect that part of the problem is the sheer number of properties with too many people in them, which must cause tension, arguments, spilling out into the street, too many cars parked etc.

Evenings/early mornings are completely mental on cunningham avenue at the moment.  I would have thought that one would need a licence to operate a nightclub on a residential street.

The car insurers have it right.  I think it's about time each multiple occupancy resident in this area be liable for seperate council tax so us normal people can pay less council tax and resources made available to deal with the mess.

Also I bet they only have one tv licence per property even though their multiple occupancy.

The landlords should also pay business tax as they are running a very profitable business, I am sure if I converted my house to start a B & B i would be taxed to the hilt!

well I know at least 10 houses with these XS stickers on the door (some have come off since the houses were brought) so XS properties have a lot of houses on their books and must be making a packet

ok just had a huge disturbance from one of the student houses, fighting in the street again. The police have been and arrested some of them, but not all. This is the same house as before. I can't take a year or 2 of this. People in the chipmunk chase area would have all heard this. Its scary and quite worrying too. They had bottles and other things, students like this should not be allowed to stay here, please can something be done? I want to complain to the Uni about this house but am again unsure who I contact.

Please report antisocial behaviour issues to nuisance@dhra.org.uk.

All properties in Salisbury Village, Parkhouse Court, Clarkson Court & Hatfield Garden Village should recently have received a leaflet about this.

We are keeping a record of all instances of noise and antisocial behavioiur; and passing the information onto Police, Uni, Council. For further info please see the dhra website.

Thanks.
