Quick Reply default now on for all

Quick Reply option now switched on by default.

A very handy facility with this forum is the ability to type a few quick lines in reply to a thread. Particularly useful when you're not trying to quote someone else in a thread. I've just switched on the Quick Reply box globally and you should now see and be able to use it at the foot of each thread.
